SUMMARY:VR4Skills Pilot Training at DOBA Business School
DESCRIPTION:Website: https://www.dobabusiness-school.eu/news/vr4skills-pilot-training-at-doba-business-school \nAs part of the Erasmus KA2 project VR4Skills\, DOBA Business School hosted a two-day pilot training on April 15-16\, 2024\, with partners from WSB University\, İstanbul Aydin University\, UC Leuven-Limburg\, Avans UAS\, and the Businet Network. This event concluded the pilot\, which began in January 2024 with four weeks of online training. \nThe training included four modules: \n\nMental/Cognitive Health Competencies: Improving emotional intelligence\, stress management\, and mental well-being.\nDigital Skills: Designing digital content and optimizing collaboration tools.\nLeadership and Management Skills: Enhancing leadership through collaboration and communication.\nIntercultural Effectiveness: Strengthening intercultural skills for global work environments.\n\nThe in-person session at DOBA focused on personal growth\, time management\, and work-life balance. Trainers Hidde Westerweele and Paul Bartels led the successful sessions. \nThe final phase will establish a VR environment for further competency development. This project demonstrates the power of interinstitutional collaboration and continuous professional growth.
