VR4Skills Online Training

The VR4Skills Online Training program aims to bridge performance gaps and equip participants with advanced capabilities in key areas such as digital literacy, intercultural communication, leadership, and cognitive skills. The training methodology incorporates Need Gap Analysis, Gagne’s 9-Step Model, and Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle to ensure impactful learning.

Training Modules

Collaboration and Mental/Cognitive Skills - Objective: Enhance emotional intelligence, resilience, and mental well-being. Key Units:Emotional and Social Intelligence, Agile Work and Resilience, Cognitive Skills, Mental Well-being

Digital Skills - Objective: Develop proficiency in designing digital content, utilizing collaboration tools, and optimizing data storage. Key Units:Digital Content Creation Effective Communication Tools, Data Storage Strategies

Management and Leadership Skills - Objective: Foster leadership abilities and enable participants to drive change effectively through collaboration and communication. Key Units: Management & Leadership Fundamentals; Effective Team Collaboration

The Intercultural Effectiveness - Objective: Build intercultural competence to thrive in diverse environments. Key Unit:Developing Intercultural Competence and Empathy
